Deciding to further her education, Meredith enrolled at the Michener Institute in 2008 and graduated with a 3 year diploma in Chiropody in 2011.

Most recently, Meredith completed Foot Mobilisation Techniques (FMT), a course taught by Australian Podiatrist, Ted Jedynak. FMT is a specialized therapy used to alleviate foot pain through mobilisations and manipulations similar to physical therapy or chiropractic treatments. Foot mobilisation may reduce the need for orthotics, surgery and medication brought about by ailments such as plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, metatarsalgia, and hallux limitus.
